PROMOCIONES BIZATINAS LIMITED COMPANY: is a Spanish enterprise in the business of intermediation, promotion management of all kinds of properties, as well as of exporting several products of the alimentary range and complements destined mainly to home use, both for construction and for the completion of building works.
It’s supported by a young group of companies, made up by a highly qualified staff with years of experience in our sector.
To this business entity, a group of companies has been created and this joint venture has been denominated Promobiz Group.
* Its main basic pillar is set up by the company OBRACON QUIÑONERO S.L. which mainly concentrates on being the construction company of our own developments together with the Real Estate a INMOBILIARIA ALFAVERA S.L., which is also in the business of promotion developments and which is principally in charge of marketing the resulting product from the group.
As follows, please know more details about the mentioned companies, that together with their subsidiaries have formed the denominated PROMOBIZ GROUP.
OBRACON QUIÑONERO S.L. has been created by a familiar company which guarantees an experience of more than 30 years of the founder members reaching at present an obvious positioning in the sector, prevailing in every moment the quality concept and the customer care, overall.
The company mostly develops its activity in the region of Murcia and in the Coast of Almeria, reaching the whole South-Levant area of the Spanish territory.
Together with this one, CONSTRUMULOR, S.L., devotes itself principally to the construction of housings and industrial warehouses, although it also performs all kinds of works related to the construction.
* On the other hand, the Real Estate INMOBILIARIA ALFAVERA S.L. supported by the Real Estate GRUPO INMOBILIARIO ALFA, with more than 500 offices in Spain and at present in some European countries like the North of Africa and America, but with a functional status completely autonomous even its working scope is principally set up in the region of the Almanzora valley, north and east of the province of Almeria, in other times it extends to areas, such as to the province of Huelva or Cáceres, amongst others.
Sometimes it crosses the border, looking for business possibilities overall in Great Britain; from where principally our customers come from and gives us the possibility and confidence of several investors to sort out locations in Spain, where we think there can be good business possibilities with excellent future perspectives for our invertors.
In association with the latter; OLIVIN OLIVOS S.L., was created. Its unique mission is the farming of Olive trees from the variety of Aberquino, to produce the raw material for its further canning, being one of the most important banners of exportation (olive oil), and known as the green gold of the best, good and healthy diet.
